The Alexander Technique is a practical tool for anyone, young or old, at any level of fitness (or unfitness…) We all have our own challenges; some we set ourselves, some are set upon us and others are circumstantial and beyond our control. As far as I can see, learning to manage yourself as best you can under the conditions you are in is not such a bad skill to have. Improving the way you use yourself could increase your mobility, help you deal with periods of stress or change, overcome pain or anxiety and enable you to enhance the performance of any given activity.
